ENTRY FEES

■ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promotional price is applicable for registrations and payment of the first installment made on or before December 31, 2024.

Installments:
Step 1) - Upon application / registration
- Immediate 250 EUR for ENDURO and ATV
- Immediate 500 EUR for SSV, Cars and Trucks

Step 2) - 2nd Installment till 28th February 2025 rest amount of the entry fee

Step 3) - 3rd Installment till 20th April 2025 - Rest amount for the additional people and services

■ ENTRY FEE FOR COMPETIORS INCLUDES:

√  Sporting rights (for competitors only)
√  Participation in the event
√  General Third-Party Liability Insurance
√  Administrative set (ID card, bracelets, stickers, etc.)
√  Safety Tracking System rental
√  Special Navigation GPS rental
√  Professional medical assistance
√  Personal gift from the Fan Shop
√  Access to rally infrastructure and service area
√   Podium ceremony

■ ENTRY FEE FOR ADDITIONAL PERSON INCLUDES:

√  Access to rally infrastructure and to service area
√  General Third-Party Liability Insurance
√  Medical assistance
√  Personal gift from the FAN Shop

■ CANCELATIONS:
 If a competitor cancels their entry or fails to make payment by the due dates, the following refund policy will apply:

- Withdrawal before 31st December 2024 - An  administrative fee of 100 euros will be deducted. 

- Withdrawal before 28th March 2025 - Refund of 50% of fees already paid.

- Withdrawal after 28th April 2025 - No refunds are possible.
