ENTRY FEES TOUR

■ WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

√  Entry for a vehicle with two persons.
√  Access to the bivouac and infrastructure of the event from April 30 to May 4.
√  Access to Baja Europe spectator points.
√  Rental of Navigation Equipment (refundable guarantee deposit required).
√  Rental of Safety Equipment (refundable guarantee deposit required).
√  Event administrative set.
√  Personal gift. First aid medical services. Vehicle recovery assistance.
√  General third-party liability insurance.

■ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promotional package price for both tours is applicable for registrations and payment of the first installment made on or before December 31, 2024.

Payment terms:
First installment - 100 EUR- Immediate upon application / registration.
Second installment - 200 EUR - till 28th February 2025.
Third installment - rest amount - till 20th April 2025.

■ GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

A guarantee deposit against loss or damage of the navigation and safety equipment must be paid, with an amount of 600€.
This will be refunded after the event if the equipment is returned complete and undamaged.

■  CANCELATION:

If a competitor cancels their entry or fails to make payment by the due dates, the following refund policy will apply:

- Withdrawal before 31st December 2024 - An administrative fee of 100 euros will be retained.
- Withdrawal before 28th March 2025 - An administrative fee of 150 euros will be retained.
- Withdrawal after 28th April 2025 - No refunds are possible.
